libnet-upnp-perl software package provides Perl extensions for UPnP, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libnet-upnp-perl
libnet-upnp-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libnet-upnp-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libnet-upnp-perl *
You will get with libnet-upnp-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
